We're delighted to be partnering with Grosvenor, one of London's most prestigious real estate owners, to digitise their portfolio. Our team of RICS Digital Surveyors captured their Central London Head Office which spans 9 floors and over 74,000 sqft. Utilising proprietary DRC technology and software and Leica LiDAR scanners, we securely uploaded over 90 million points of data to the DRC cloud. Our industry leading Building Insights team generated a 3D Revit model to LOD 300 and a complete 2D CAD pack, including sections and elevations.
As part of this project, our team also produced Stak Verified® floor plans, with measurements guaranteed and insured for accuracy. By capturing millions of measurement data points in real-time, Stak delivers accurate, reliable floor plans at groundbreaking speed. Combined with professional photography and a virtual tour experience, these assets are hosted on a unique digital brochure page for this property.
