London, 4 August 2025 – Digital Reality Corp (DRC), the spatial data company formerly known as Pupil, has appointed Bruce Wells as Chief Executive Officer. The move comes as the company enters a new phase of international expansion and product innovation within the fast-evolving property technology sector.

Wells brings two decades of leadership experience across real estate technology, SaaS, and customer experience. He previously led Asia-Pacific operations at Matterport and Procore, playing a key role in regional growth. His background also includes senior roles at Medallia and Synovate, and recent advisory work with growth-stage tech businesses.

The appointment coincides with a brand alignment under the name Digital Reality Corp – a move that simplifies the company's structure by bringing its trading brand in line with the existing parent company. As the business scales and its products gain wider adoption, the updated identity reflects its evolution and long-term ambitions.

DRC’s technology transforms real-world spaces into verified digital data – enabling faster, more accurate, and transparent transactions in real estate. Its flagship products include Stak by DRC, for the commercial and industrial property market; and Strat by DRC, which supports real estate digitisation in the UAE.

The global market for spatial data and property digitisation is growing rapidly. According to recent industry estimates, digital twin and spatial data technologies in real estate could represent a market opportunity exceeding $30 billion by 2030[1]. With demand for high-quality, standardised data on the rise – especially in commercial leasing, asset management, and property marketing – tools like DRC’s are playing an increasingly central role.

Bruce Wells, CEO of Digital Reality Corp, said:

"Spatial data is reshaping how real estate is bought, sold, and managed. DRC’s technology gives clients the confidence of verified, consistent data, which is becoming a non-negotiable in today’s market. I’m excited to join the team at this pivotal time."

Nick Crawford, Group Co-CEO of Oakglen Group, which backs DRC, commented:

"Bruce combines deep sector knowledge with a track record of scaling global tech businesses. He’s well placed to guide the business through its next chapter."
